Fyda Energy Solutions is proud to be a part offering alternative fuel trucks to the trucking industry. Alternative Fuel Vehicles function, drive and look similar to conventional trucks, but produce less of the leaks and evaporation from fuel systems that add to pollution.

There are a variety of alternative fuel types, including (1) dedicated: using only one specific fuel; (2) bi-fuel: capable of running on two different fuels, one at a time; (3) dual-fuel: capable of running on two different fuels simultaneously; (4) flex-fuel: capable of running on a mixture of an alternative fuel with a conventional fuel; and (5) hybrid: using two or more types of energy sources (e.g. electric and gasoline).
